Pricing Overview

Registration Fees: A $25.00 registration fee is required for each dancer. Families that are registering more than one student will pay one, $35.00 family registration fee. There are no refunds on registration fees.

Tuition Policies: Tuition is due on the first class of each month. All families are required to have a credit card on file at the studio. If tuition if not paid by the 15th of the month, your credit card will be charged automatically on the 16th of the month. If your credit card is declined for any reason, we must receive an updated credit card within 48 hours or a $25 late fee will be added to your account and your dancer may be unable to continue participating in classes. Cash and checks are still accepted at the front desk. There is a $25.00 fee for any returned check. There is a $10 fee for any declined credit card payment. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover.

We offer online bill pay for all of our families. All families have access to their own “Parent Portal” where you can pay tuition, update your account and view your classes.

Tuition Pricing: Our tuition is billed by the total amount of hours your dancer is registered for, per week. Our tuition is one set price per month – determined by the number of hours you dance per week – and then broken down into 8 equal monthly payments: September, October, November, December, January, February, March and April. Families may also pay per semester (September – December and January – April), or annually. Once you register for classes, you will receive a registration confirmation with your dancer(s) monthly tuition fee. Please contact the studio directly for our monthly tuition costs.

Auto-Pay: Families have the option of enrolling in automatic bill pay. Our auto-pay program runs from October – April. Your credit card will be charged automatically for tuition, costumes and any other associated studio fees on the 5th of every month. Families must enroll in auto-pay by filling out our auto-pay form and returning it to the studio. Everyone must re-enroll each new dance year for auto-pay – your auto-pay will not roll over from last year!

 2019 - 2020 | Auto Pay Form

Recital Costume Fees: We require dancers to purchase one costume for each class they participate in for our spring recital. During the month of November, we require a $40 costume deposit to secure their costume for the performance. Costume deposits are due on November, 15. The remaining costume balance will be calculated during our holiday break and is due by January, 15. The price for each costume varies, but we strive to keep them as low as possible. Typically, the remaining costume balance in January between $45-65. Please note: if you pay your initial costume deposit, you are required to pay the full remaining costume balance – we cannot make any exceptions. If your dancer enrolls after November 1, 2019 there is no guarantee a recital costume can be ordered for them. Participation in class will still be offered but participating in recital may not be available.

Recital Rehearsal Fee:We require any dancer participating in recital to pay a one-time $25 rehearsal fee per dancer. If families have one or more siblings, you only pay $10 for each additional dancer. This covers the cost our on-stage dress rehearsal/performance and helps to keep our recital ticket prices from increasing substantially. The rehearsal fee is due by March 15.

Recital Tickets: Recital tickets will go on sale on Friday, April 24, 2019 and will remain on sale until the performance date. Each family member and/or audience member must purchase a ticket to view the performance. This year we intend to use an online ticketing company so that all families can purchase their tickets online. We hope this new system will be convenient for all families – there is no limit on the amount of tickets you can purchase for recital. We will send updates on this new system during the year.
