Summer Class Tuition Payment Policies:
Tuition payments can always be made online, at anytime, using our Parent Portal. Payments can also be made via cash, check or credit card (Mastercard, Visa & Discover) at the front desk. Please see below for the front desk hours during the summer months. Camp/class prices are listed within the summer schedule.

 Summer class tuition payment due dates are as follows:

  • Tuesday, June 4 for any class in June 2019 (ages 8 & up only)

  • Monday, July 8 for any class that runs July 8, 2019 - July 11, 2019

  • Monday, July 15 for any class that runs July 15, 2019 - July 18, 2019

  • Monday, July 22 for any classes running July 22, 2017 - July 25, 2019

  • Monday, July 29 for any classes running July, 30 2019 - August 1, 2019.

Please note: If payments are not made by the above-mentioned deadline, they will be automatically withdrawn from the credit card on file the next business day after the deadline. If the payment is unable to be processed on the above mentioned deadline - your dancer will not be allowed to participate in the class and a $25 late fee will be applied to your account. 

***THERE IS NO 5th OF THE MONTH BILLING DURING JUNE, JULY & AUGUST**
All payments must be made either online or at the front desk during the summer months


Front Desk/Payment Hours:
The front desk will be open Monday – Thursday mornings from 8:30am - 9:00am and then from 12:30pm - 1:00pm. Someone will be at the desk sporadically during the day as well - but all payments should be made during the times listed. 

During evening classes, someone will be available at the desk Tuesdays only (except on Tuesday, July 30) from  5:00pm - 5:30pm. If you need to make other payment arrangements, please contact the studio directly.  


Summer Class Cancelations:
All summer classes/camps must meet a minimum enrollment requirement. If any class/camp does not meet the minimum enrollment requirement, dancers/parents will be notified via email and the class/camp will be canceled. The deadline for all summer camp registration is Sunday, June 30. Any classes/camps that do not meet the minimum enrollment will be canceled and participants will be notified via email the week of Monday, July 1 - Friday, July 5. If the tuition payment has already been made, all participants will be fully refunded. Refunds are only issued if the class has been canceled by Centerstage Dance Academy.

There is a $10 fee for any dancer that changes or drops out of any class or camp within 7 days of their class/camp. Please contact us if you need to switch classes or unenroll from class for any reason.

There will be no tuition refunds for any classes/camps that are held. This includes classes your dancer is scheduled to attend but is absent from, classes that are cancelled due inclement weather, and classes that your dancer does not participate in due to injury, illness or any other condition.


What To Bring For Class:

 Summer Dance Intensive/ACRO & Hip Hop Combo/Musical Theatre/Christmas In July (Daytime Camps):
Please wear a leotard, tights and have your hair pulled back into a bun. Fitted shorts are allowed to be worn during any jazz, musical theatre, hip hop or acro class. All dance shoes should be brought to the Summer Dance Intensive (tap, ballet and jazz). For dancers ages 12 and under, dancing in bare feet is acceptable during jazz, musical theatre, hip hop class. We require barefeet for all acro classes – please be sure your tights roll-up.

For the Summer Dance Intensive (9am - 1pm) we will be having a lunch break each day. Please be sure your dancer brings a lunch/snack and enough water for the day. 

For the Musical Theatre/Christmas In July camps and Choreography & Movement Clinic (9am - 12pm) we will be having a short snack break each day. Please be sure your dancer packs as snack and enough water for the day.

Princess & Pirate Fairytale Camp/Superstar & Super Hero Camp:
A leotard and tights are not required for this camp. Dancers can wear anything they can move comfortably in. Ballet shoes or barefeet are preferred. No socks or outside shoes are allowed in the studio. Dancers can bring their own princess dress, pirate costume, or super hero outfit for camp or we have many they can borrow. Please make sure dancers do not wear any accessories that hang such as wigs, jewelry or long capes that can’t be removed. A water and a snack will be provided and served during this camp – please let us know in advance if your dancer has any allergies. 

 Summer Dance Intensive/Hip Hop/Musical Theatre/Lyrical (Evening Classes): 
Please wear appropriate dance attire for the class/subject you are attending. This includes a leotard and tights and any necessary dance shoes and your hair pulled back into a bun. For acro, jazz or musical theatre classes, fitted shorts may be worn.

June Classes 2019

  • June classes are available for dancers ages 8 & up at the intermediate/advanced level

  • June classes will be held on June 4, 6, 11, 13, 18 and 20

  • All June classes will run Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:30pm - 7:30pm

    • There will be two, one hour classes. The exact schedule will be available in May, 2019 and posted here

  • June Tuition: $235 (6 June classes)

    • $40 for one evening (two classes)
