How many tickets am I allowed to purchase?

On ticket day [Monday, April 27] at 4PM you will be able to purchase the following number of tickets, per family (not per dancer) for each show.

  • Saturday, May 16 – 6 tickets per family

  • Sunday, May 16 – 8 tickers; per family

Required Policy —Dancer/Family Name Verification: When purchasing, you will be required to enter the name of the dancer (or family name if you are purchasing with siblings in the same show) you are attending to see. This allows us to monitor and ensure the ticket limit policy is being respected.

Important Note: If more than the allowed 6 tickets (Saturday show) or 8 tickets (Sunday show) are purchased for a single family/dancer during the initial sales period, those additional tickets will be cancelled and released. Our ticketing purchases are monitored in real time to look for duplicates - please respect these limits so that all families can have seating to watch their dancers. You will have the opportunity to purchase any additional tickets beginning Monday, May 11.

How do i purchase tickets?

The morning of ticket day [on or before 12:00pm] an email will come from us/our recital ticketing service with specific purchasing instructions and links.

  1. Check Your Email: We send the link to the primary email address listed in your Parent Portal. If you need to change this, please do so or contact the front desk BEFORE Ticket Day.

  2. Coordinate Purchasing: Ideally, one representative should purchase all tickets for your family in a single transaction. If your family chooses to split the purchase (e.g., two parents buying separately), the combined total must not exceed the ticket limit. Any tickets found exceeding the family limit will be cancelled and released.

  3. Clear Your Balance: Any outstanding balance (tuition, recital fees, costumes, etc.) must be paid in full to access the ticketing site

**You will see that it will ask for a code anytime before Monday, April 27 at 4pm. You will not need a code - once the time hits 4:00pm on the dot on Friday, April 27, 2026 please refresh and the website will open up for the you to purchase tickets**

Who Needs A Ticket?

Per venue and fire safety rules, a ticket must be purchased for everyone (including infants, small children, and patrons in wheelchairs). Children are not permitted to sit on laps as each individual person in the audience must have a seat and be accounted for.

Dancers do not need a ticket for the show they are performing in, as they will remain backstage for the duration of the recital performance. However, if they wish to watch a friend or sibling perform in a different show, a ticket must be purchased for them.

How will tickets be distributed and families be seated?

Tickets are digital and will be emailed to you immediately after purchase. You can print them or show them on your phone at the door to one of our ushers. We have ushers at the auditorium who can help you find your seats.

Will I be able to buy tickets at the door or at the studio?

There will be no tickets available at the studio front desk . Tickets must be purchased, in advance, using our ticketing website only. Our ticketing website will remain open until the start of showtime for each show so you may purchase them at the venue (using the website) up until the start of showtime. Sales at the door will be limited to cash or Venmo ONLY if the show is not sold out.

What If I am unable to use my purchased tickets?

All tickets are non-refundable. If you purchase for the wrong show in error, please contact the studio. We may be able to transfer them, but we cannot guarantee the same seating tier will be available, so please select your tickets carefully.

Is my seating or additional tickets guaranteed?

No. While we have ticket limits in place to ensure every family has a chance to attend, all seating is first-come, first-served on the website. We recommend logging in right at 4:00PM on April 27 for the best selection.

Is there wheelchair seating?

Yes, wheelchair seats is clearly labeled on the seating map. Please only select these if the guest will remain in their wheelchair for the entire show, as there are no physical chairs in those spots.

Recital Ticket Day Guidelines & Policies

  1. Any money owed to the studio for April tuition, late fees, recital package fees, costumes, etc. must be paid before tickets may be purchased. You will be unable to access our site and purchase tickets if you have an outstanding balance with the studio. You will NOT receive an email and link to purchase tickets if you have an outstanding balance.

  2. On Monday, April 27 recital tickets will go on sale online at 4:00pm. They will remain on sale until showtime of your dancers show date. All tickets are first come first serve on the website - we can not guarantee seating for anyone.

  3. All tickets are non-refundable. We may be able to transfer your tickets to a different show if they were purchased in error - but that will need to be done at the studio with a CSDA staff member. For a ticket transfer there is no guarantee the same seats will be available for the show you are requesting, so please select your tickets carefully.

  4. Much like any live concert or shows, the price of our ticketing is now tiered (see above for pricing). Please note: since we are using an online ticketing venue service there IS an additional ticket/convenience fee per ticket ($2.60) as set by our ticketing company.

  5. A ticket must be purchased for everyone attending the show—this includes family members in wheelchairs, very young children and infants. This rule is set forth by our recital venue and no exceptions can be made.

  6. Wheelchair seating is available and is labeled on the ticketing website. This seating is only available for members of the audience who will remain in their wheelchair for the entire performance. There are no chairs in the wheelchair labeled seating. We ask that if you are not purchasing a wheelchair seat, please refrain from purchasing the seats directly next to the wheelchair section, if possible, to allow parties to sit together.

  7. If you are unsure of which show your dancer is performing in please use this list to check your dancers performance date and time :: Performer Showtimes

  8. You may print or show your tickets (on your phone) at the venue. If you have the tickets on your phone, make sure your entire party is together so the ushers can seat you accordingly.

  9. Our ticketing website it very user-friendly. If anyone has any issues, please email the studio or use our website texting feature.
